On 18 September 2025, 18.00 (UPC time), the UPC public APIs were shut down. The case data searchable on this website has not been updated since. Representative registration data hasn't been updated since July 2025.
Whenever the UPC offers a new way for the public to access case data, I will look into options to bring this website fully back to life. In the meantime, the patent search function remains fully functional and up to date, including opt-out information.
