This website has been collecting and displaying UPC data since the early days of the UPC. With the 2025 switch to a new and better CMS system, the UPC is going to abolish the public APIs I need to keep the system up to date. Most likely, case updates will stop to come through after 18 September.
Already now, some information I was able to offer you before may not be up to date. Detailed opt out information including information about who filed the opt out application is up to date to at least 3 July 2025. After that date, only basic opt out data is available (provided that the EPO INPADOC database is still being updated). New representative registrations since July 2025 will certainly not be visible here. That part of the API has been disabled permanently.
The UPC organisation has promised that all information that I used to be able to offer you will be available through sections of their official website. No promise of a functional public API has been made so far. When they offer one, I'll make sure that this website will resume its service.
Thanks for your support during the firts pioneering years of the UPC.
I will see you in court!
